We work with the top casting suppliers in China. Inherent defects, pores, voids are eliminated to the maximum extent to ensure yoke quality, strength. We test our yokes from our suppliers on a regular basis to ensure only qualified yokes are used for our shafts.

4) Sand casting (or, investment casting)

5) Blank yoke processing

6) Heat treatment

7) Finishing Machining

8) Measurement and inspection 

9) Stock up for assembly

1) Material: alloy steels

2) Flange pattern: DIN or otherwise specified.

3) Heat treatment: induction furnace, quenching & tempering.
